Mark Stammers - Visual and Fine Arts

I am interested in the imaginative insights revealed by the activity of making art and the sense or meaning of the resulting work. Often inspired by objects or experiences of day to day living and finding unusual poetic resonances that can become part of my paintings. These are large and small abstract paintings that may seem to question traits of psychological or philosohical significance, reflecting and revealing these towards imaginitive realisation - painting colour depth.

Part- time community art, devising and implementing adult and youth art workshops culminating with exhibitions, publicity. Tutoring painting, drawing, water colour, photography/digital/computerimage.
